Singer was born on November 26, 1986, on the 26th of November, 1986 in Santa Monica California. She is the daughter of her father Vincenzo Barba and her mother Valerie Barba. The family relocated from Point Pleasant in New Jersey when she was six. When she arrived in New Jersey, she finished her studies in Red Bank Catholic High School. After that, she went to Catholic University and graduated with an undergraduate degree in architecture. She also played the violin since the age 4 and was known for her role as Violin Lady. She was referred to by her nickname due to her performances. She gave violin lessons to children in the neighbourhood. She sang Free beginning in 1976 during her audition for America Idol's 6th season when she was age 19. But she was eliminated following reaching 16th position in the competition. The singer sang a variety of songs, including 'The Christmas song as well as "Out for Blood," 2010 among others. Also, she has appeared appearing on Jimmy Kimmel Live! as well as other TV shows. Antonella Barba became famous as an American when she competed on American Idol's 6th season. She began her career in film after her elimination from American Idol after six seasons. In 2012 she appeared in Fear Factor as a contestant. She also appeared in small roles in several films. Daily Mail said that, on the 21st of November, 2019 she received a nearly 4-year sentence for collaborating to distribute fentanyl. The artist pleaded guilty being in possession of more than 400 grams of fentanyl, with the intention of sell it during July.
